The National Aeronautics
and Space Administration (NASA) was established in 1958.
It's a government agency in the United States, responsible
for space program and long-term general aerospace research,
conducts research on both civilian and military aerospace
systems. NASA's vision is to improve life here, to extend
life to there, and to find life beyond. Its mission is
to understand and protect our home planet, to explore
the universe and search for life, and to inspire the next
generation of explorers.
