I exercise about once a week. I know I should work out more regularly but I never seem to find the time. When I was in university, there was always someone looking for a game. We could get enough guys for two teams pretty quickly. Then, we would be off to the gym to play basketball, or indoor soccer, or something. It was a lot of fun! These days when I work out I usually go to a quiet gym and lift weights. I know it’s good for me to pump iron, but it’s really boring sometimes. Maybe I should check out what kinds of intramural leagues are available and try to hook up with a futsal team. I would really like regular exercise to be part of my week.
