“Can you send me some information?”
Computex 上，很多合作，其實在這句之後就結束了
Computex 的展場裡，有一種很熟悉的畫面。
兩個人站在 Booth 前聊了十五分鐘。交換名片。微笑握手。
最後對方說：
“Can you send me some information?” (你可否寄資訊給我)
也許有人會覺得：
結果你回去之後，立刻寄出一封超正式 email：
Nice to meet you at Computex.
Please find attached our company profile for your reference.
很多合作，其實不是敗在產品。
而是 follow-up。
台灣人很會介紹產品。但不一定很會「延續互動」。
1. 最沒記憶點的 follow-up：“Please find attached…”
國際展場一天可能見幾十家公司。如果你的 email 長這樣：
Dear Sir,
Nice to meet you at Computex.
Please find attached our company profile.
它會瞬間消失在 inbox 裡。因為這封信可以寄給任何人。
真正有效的 follow-up，通常會提到：
• 剛剛聊過什麼
• 對方在意什麼
• 現場哪個 moment 有互動
例如：
（Ｏ）Really enjoyed our conversation about edge AI applications in manufacturing.
聊到 AI 在製造業的應用很有意思，我很享受我們剛剛的對話。
（Ｏ）I kept thinking about what you said regarding the healthcare market in Southeast Asia.
我後來一直在想你剛剛提到的東南亞醫療市場。
（Ｏ）Great meeting you at Computex. I thought your point about power efficiency was really interesting.
很高興在 Computex 認識你。你剛剛提到的能源效率觀點很有意思。
差別不是英文比較好。而是：這封信看起來像「人寫的」。
2. 不要寫得太像「公事」。
這是 Computex 很常見的事。一進國際場合，很多人突然開始：
• corporate mode
• presentation mode
• scripted mode
講話變得非常完整。也非常沒有記憶點。
例如：
Our company was founded in 2003. (我們公司成立於2023年)
We provide total solutions for customers worldwide. (我們為全球客戶提供全面解決方案)
這種句子不能說錯。但問題是：每一家 booth 都在這樣講。
真正比較自然的展場英文，通常更像 conversation。
例如：
（Ｏ）So what kind of solutions are you looking at this year?
所以你們今年主要在看哪一類解決方案？
（Ｏ）What’s been the biggest trend for your customers recently?
你最近觀察到客戶最大的趨勢是什麼？
（Ｏ）Are you mainly exploring AI-related products this time?
你這次主要是在看 AI 相關產品嗎？
比起一直介紹自己，國際展場更重要的能力其實是：讓對方開始講話。
3. Computex 上，真正厲害的人：不會一直 pitch
但很多國外業務高手，在 booth 前其實更像在聊天。
他們很常講：
（Ｏ）Has Computex been busy for you so far?（目前為止，這次 Computex 忙嗎？）
（Ｏ）Taipei’s really packed this week, huh?（台北這星期真的超多人，對吧？）
（Ｏ）Did you catch Jensen Huang’s keynote?（你有聽 Jensen Huang 的 keynote 嗎？）
這些話看起來不像「商務英文」。但它真正的作用是：建立 interaction。降低距離感。
很多合作始於：「這個人聊起來怎麼樣。」
