Eric: I went to the doctor this morning. I'm not in good shape. I have to change my habits.
Pam: You should exercise more and eat healthy food.
Eric: That's right, so I need some ideas.
Pam: Do you take the elevator up to your office?
Eric: Yes.
Pam: Don't do that. Walk up the stairs. That is good exercise.
Eric: Good idea.
Pam: You could also walk to work. I do that.
Eric: I can do that too. I'll just wake up earlier in the morning.
Pam: Do you like to jog?
Eric: Not really.
Pam: Do you like tennis or basketball?
Eric: I like tennis, but I don't play very well.
Pam: That's OK. You can just play for fun with some friends.
Eric: That's true. I'll do that.
Pam: Exercise often. Get up and move around every 30 minutes, if you can. Exercise moves blood around your body. That is good for you.
Eric: What else do you suggest?
Pam: Try fruit or nuts instead of candy.
Eric: You're right. That is healthier.

Eric: Can I see the tips?
Jack: Sure. Here.

潘 :試著吃水果或堅果取代糖果。
