R：Yes, sir. How may I help you?
I：We have been waiting for more than 30 minutes, but our order has not come out yet. Why is it taking so long?
R：Sorry about that. I thought another server had already brought you your meal. I will check on that for you right away.
I：A waiter did come by, but he had the wrong order.
R：I am really sorry. Let me go and ask now.
I：Thank you. But before you do, could you do me a favor?
R：Certainly. What is it?
I：We are pretty hungry, so could you please bring us some more bread? And some more butter and jam, too.
R：That's no problem. What kind of bread do you prefer? Whole wheat or white?
I：I like white, but my friend likes whole wheat. So could you bring us both?
R：Of course. Anything else?
I：Oh, I think we need more water, as well.
R：OK. I will check on your order immediately and be right back with your bread and water.
I：Great. Thank you.

I：一位服務生是來過，但他上錯菜了。

R：當然，請說。
I：我們很餓，所以可以請你送來一些麵包，還有一些奶油和果醬嗎？

I：我要白麵包，但我朋友要全麥的，所以可以請兩種都要嗎？
R：好。還需要什麼嗎？
I：噢，我想我們也需要加水。
