Mention the term kung fu in the West and the first images that come to mind are Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan fighting off dozens of attackers with expert martial arts moves. However, the Chinese term means much more than just martial arts. The original definition is to achieve excellence in any endeavor through long practice. In other words, kung fu refers to any study, practice, and learning that can only be accomplished with patience, hard work, and time. Thus, people can have kung fu in anything from calligraphy to cooking.
　　Native Californian and extreme athlete, Harry Yuan is out to see if he has what it takes to master some iconic stunts in China. He only gives himself five days to learn skills found in Chinese opera, dance, and acrobatics that normally take years of seriously tough training to achieve.
