Make a Wish
Christmas is a time for love, laughter, and hope.
Children make wishes, hoping that their parents or Santa Claus will make
them come true. Wishes aren't only granted at Christmas, though. The
Make-A-Wish Foundation's mission is to make children's wishes come true
all year long.
The Make-A-Wish Foundation is an international
organization that brings joy to critically ill children between the ages
of three and eighteen. As a nonprofit, it uses donations to try to grant
the biggest wishes of sick children. Make-A-Wish Taiwan was founded in
1994 and has so far granted the wishes of more than 1,100 children.
追夢的約定——今年聖誕不一樣
聖誕節是個屬於愛、歡笑和希望的時刻。孩子們許下願望，希望父母或聖誕老公公會讓它們實現。但是，願望不只在聖誕節被實現。喜願協會的任務就是讓孩子們的願望在一整年中都可以實現。
喜願協會是個國際性組織，它為三到十八歲的重症病童帶來喜悅。身為非營利機構，它利用捐款努力為病童達成最大的願望。中華民國喜願協會成立於一九九四年，至今已為超過一千一百位孩子達成願望。  |
