Daily Routines for Staying Fit

To stay in shape, many people work up a sweat in gyms and sometimes even skip meals. What they don't realize is that a fit body can be achieved without necessarily working out or eating less. With a few simple habits, you can burn hundreds of calories daily without even trying.

Fuel Your Day
Eat a healthy breakfast. When you're asleep at night, your body is fasting. Eating breakfast tells your body that you're not hungry. As a result, your body burns fat even when you're performing normal activities. Eating breakfast also keeps you from overeating, which you might do if you're hungry from having skipped breakfast.

Light and Frequent Meals
Eat in small amounts every few hours. This lets your body use more energy to digest food than eating three large meals a day does. It also distributes calories throughout the day, allowing your body to be fueled more evenly.

Drink Water
Drinking water increases the rate at which you burn calories. Scientists in Germany found that drinking at least 1.5 liters of water daily over a year can result in the loss of around 2.5 kilograms. Drinking water also stops you from feeling hungry, which makes you eat less.

為一天補充熱能

少量多餐
每幾個小時就少量飲食。和一天吃三頓大餐相比,這能讓你的身體用更多能量去消化食物。它也將卡路里分配給一整天,讓身體能更平均地補充能量。

喝水
喝水會增加燃燒卡路里的速率。德國科學家發現每天至少喝一點五公升的水持續一年能夠減輕約二點五公斤。喝水也能讓你不會覺得饑餓,進而少吃一些。
